Worst Dream Ever!!!
So it's been a month since I stopped smoking, yeah me :-) The first time that I went to the pub afterwards was a little difficult but I found that once I dealt with my moments of boredom there was no difficulty and I've been pretty much flying along since no bother too me.
That was until last night when I had the worst dream ever. I dreamed that I was smoking, I can't much about the dream except that I was in my bedroom and I had an open box of Silk Cut Blue in front of me and a lit on in my mouth and by the end I'd smoked an entire box of 10. Now before you think, oh the poor thing she's obviously going through withdrawal and she's so desperate to have a cigarette that she's dreaming about them, that's not why the dream was awful. It was possibly the worst nightmare I've ever had, when I woke up this morning there was a few brief seconds after I opened my eyes that I though the dream might have been real and I wanted to cry. I was so upset to think I'd started smoking again but after those first few seconds I was so happy when I discovered it was only a horrible nightmare and I was still 100% smoke free I could have done a little dance.
It now appears that the big Jabba in my head is trying to break me by making me dream about smoking but instead of making me crave one it only served to make me happier when I realised it was only a dream so all I have to say is Bring It On!!! { great movie ;-) }
